What Are The Common Chromogenic Substances In The In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents?

2020-05-11 来源:转载自第三方

Chromogenic substances play an important role in in vitro diagnostic reagents. Yacoo Science can provide a variety of excellent chromogenic substances to help clinical biochemical detection and immunodiagnosis. This article will introduce several common chromogens such as DTNB, DCIP, TOOS, HTBA and so on.

DTNB is widely used in biochemical research. As a reactive chromogen, DTNB is used for colorimetric determination of uric acid and cholesterol in addition to the determination of sulfhydryl groups in proteins and peptide tissues, the determination of chlorodimethyl arsenic, the monitoring of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (cholinesterase determination), etc. It is a sensitive reagent for the research and production of diagnostic reagents for the determination of sulfhydryl groups in proteins, peptides and tissues.

DCIP is used as a redox indicator and chromatographic analysis reagent. The most common application of DCIP is to detect vitamin C content in fruits, vegetables and juices. In addition, it is also used as a cell staining agent in biochemical research.

TOOS is the most commonly used new Trinder's reagent. TOOS is widely used in clinical biochemical testing items such as glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, etc. It is a chromogenic substance with important use value.

HTBA is a chromogenic substance  with sensitive and stable characteristics. It is an essential component of many diagnostic reagents, such as aspartate aminotransferase detection, serum adenosine deaminase (ADA) detection and other reagents, and can significantly enhance the stability and accuracy of the detection reagents.
