Lithium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide,referred to as LiTFSI is an important lithium battery electrolyte material, and the conductivity of LiTFSI is suitable, and It has high thermal stability and high electrochemical stability; it has a small probability of side reaction and does not produce corrosive gases such as HF. First, dissolve benzyl bis-trifluoromethylsulfonamide in an organic solvent. Under the action of concentrated sulfuric acid, remove benzyl group to obtain bis-trifluoromethylsulfonamide; Under the condition of organic solvent, ion exchange with lithium resin to obtain the final product bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide lithium salt (LiTFSI).
According to the method, raw materials are low in price and easy to obtain, reaction procedures are simple, the yield is high, nearly no pollution is caused, rigid and dangerous reaction conditions are avoided, the product is easy to purify, and the method is suitable for large-scale production in China.
