Application of TES |CAS:7365-44-8|in Construction

2023-04-07 来源:亚科官网

 2-[[tri (hydroxymethyl) methyl] amino] ethanesulfonic acid, abbreviated as TES, CAS is 7365-44-8. TES is an organic compound with molecular formula C6H15NO6S and molecular weight 229.25. TES(CAS:7365-44-8) is a biological buffer, widely used in laboratory research and chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis. In addition, TES can also be used in construction. The CN108341613B patent has developed an environmentally friendly concrete additive and its preparation method. This week, YACOO editors will briefly introduce the concrete additive and its preparation method.
        The environmental protection concrete additive consists of four parts: organic modified montmorillonite, organic boron fiber, polyether phosphate amine salt, and surfactant.
The preparation method of surfactant is as follows:
        (1) Dissolve 20g TES(CAS:7365-44-8)in 100 g of N-methylpyrrolidone, add 5g chlorinated polyether to it, stir for reaction at 60℃ for 5 hours, precipitate in acetone, wash with ether six times, and then bake in a vacuum drying oven at 70℃ for 12 hours to obtain sulfonic amine salt surfactants;
       (2) Adding 10g sulfonic amine salt surfactant and 5g sodium gluconate prepared in step (1) to 100g of water, stirring for reaction at 60℃ for 8 hours, then precipitating it by adding ethanol to the reaction system, and baking it in a vacuum drying oven at 60℃ for 10 hours to obtain a sulfonic amine gluconate salt surfactant;
       (3) Add 10g sulfanilamide gluconate surfactant and 8g sodium metaaluminate prepared in step (2) to 100 g water, stir for reaction at 50℃ for 10 hours, then precipitate by adding ethanol to the reaction system, and place them in a vacuum drying oven for 12 hours at 70℃.
The environmentally friendly concrete additive is added with a surfactant, which contains an alcohol amine structure in the molecular structure of the surfactant and can act as an early strength agent; By introducing and fixing the metaaluminate structure through ion exchange, it acts as a accelerator; Gluconate is introduced and fixed through ion exchange to act as a retarder. The destructive effects of alternate drying and wetting, thermal expansion, and freeze-thaw cycles on concrete structures can be resolved through the synergistic action of various components.
