2-Amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP, CAS 124-68-5) is an organic compound with the molecular formula C6H15NO5S and a molecular weight of 89.14. 1. Preparation of phosphorus containing branched polyols
① Mix 0.2mol of trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate, 0.6mol of maleic anhydride and 60mL of dioxane. Stir in a nitrogen atmosphere until dissolved, heat to 90 ℃, and react for 3 hours. Then add 0.4mol of DOPO and 100mL of dioxane mixture, reflux for 7 hours, collect the product, wash and dry to obtain phosphorus containing monomer A.
② Mix 0.2mol  trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate, 0.2mol maleic anhydride, and 60mL dioxane. Stir in nitrogen until dissolved, heat to 90 ℃, and react for 3 hours. After the reaction is completed, collect the product to obtain monomer B.
③ Mix 0.3mol hexafluorobisphenol A, 0.4mol trihydroxymethylpropane glycidyl ether, and 0.045mol tetrabutylammonium bromide. React under nitrogen environment at 105℃ for 3 hours, then cool to 90℃. Add 0.1mol phosphorus containing monomer A and 0.2mol monomer B, and continue the insulation reaction for 5 hours. After the reaction, collect the product, wash and dry to obtain phosphorus containing branched polyols.
2. Take 13.5 parts of isophorone diisocyanate, 48 parts of polycaprolactone glycol, 0.5 parts of dibutyltin dilauric acid and 18 parts of phosphorus containing branched polyol, mix them, react for 3h in a water bath at 80℃, add 2.5 parts of dimethylol propionic acid, 1.2 parts of trimethylol propane, mix them, conduct heat preservation reaction for 1h, cool down to 50℃, add triethylamine for neutralization for 30min, and then add deionized water for emulsification and dispersion, The polyurethane lotion with solid content of 30% was obtained.
3. Take 60g polyurethane lotion, 0.6g defoamer, 0.5g dispersant and 5g AMP-95 and mix them evenly to obtain an environmental paint for wood products.
The prepared polyurethane environmentally friendly paint not only has excellent water and solvent resistance, but also has excellent flame retardancy, which can effectively protect the surface of wooden products with green environmental protection and high practicality.
