BES is a biological buffer, widely used in laboratory research and development and chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis. In addition, BES can also be used in building materials. Crack-resistant concrete includes 33 parts of cement, 3.5 parts of polyamidoxime functionalized hyperbranched nano-diamond, 7.5 parts of coal gangue powder, 23 parts of crushed stone, 4.5 parts of boron-rich slag powder, 38 parts of river sand, 2.5 parts of chitosan nano-fiber, 0.75 parts of Dihydro-2,4,6-trioxy-1,3,5-triazine-1,3 (2H, 4H) - dipropionic acid/BES condensate, and 14 parts of water. Mix each component by weight, add it into the mixer for 14 minutes to obtain anti-crack concrete.
The preparation method of dihydro-2,4,6-trioxy-1,3,5-triazine-1,3 (2H, 4H) - dipropionic acid/BES condensate is as follows:
① Add dihydro-2,4,6-trioxy-1,3,5-triazine-1,3 (2H, 4H) - dipropionic acid, BES, catalyst and high-boiling solvent into the high-pressure reactor, and replace the air in the reactor with inert gas;
② Conduct esterification reaction at 238 ℃ and absolute pressure of 75KPa for 4.5 hours, and then release the pressure to normal pressure;
③ Under vacuum condition, control the temperature between 268℃, stir and react for 12h, cool to room temperature after the reaction, precipitate in ethanol, and finally dry to constant weight in a vacuum drying oven at 88℃ to obtain dihydro-2,4,6-trioxy-1,3,5-triazine-1,3 (2H, 4H) - dipropionic acid/BES condensate;
Dihydro-2,4,6-trioxy-1,3,5-triazine-1,3 (2H, 4H) - dipropionic acid/BES condensation polymer can effectively reduce water, air entrainment and retard setting, thus improving the comprehensive performance and performance stability of concrete.
