Product Introduction
APS-5 is a chemiluminescent substrate based on 9,10-dihydroacridine. The 9,10-dihydroacridine structure in APS-5 can continuously, stably, and efficiently emit light under the action of AP. After mixing APS-5 with ALP, the alkaline phosphatase phosphate radical is hydrolyzed, and the substrate immediately undergoes a decomposition reaction to release photons. Within a specific concentration range of alkaline phosphatase, the number of photons released is proportional to the concentration of alkaline phosphatase in the solution. Therefore, it can be used for quantitative detection of alkaline phosphatase and the production of chemiluminescence antibody detection kits. It has the highest detection sensitivity, stable detection results, and good repeatability, It has been promoted and used in medicine.
Application of APS-5
The CN104198721A patent developed a Golgi protein 73 (GP73) antigen silicon based magnetic bead conjugate for the diagnosis of liver cancer. The GP73 quantitative detection kit contains a chemiluminescent substrate containing 1g AMPPD or APS-5, 24g Tris, 160g NaCl, 0.0255g CTAC, and 900ml purified water.
CN109696435A patent has developed a method for determining vitamin D. During the process of testing vitamin D, substrate AMPPD or APS-5 needs to be added to test the luminescence value of the reaction, and the content of vitamin D can be obtained through the luminescence value.
