2014-07-30 来源:亚科官网

Objective: To study the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) effect of antitumor drugs inhibit the activity of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.

[method] MTT method was used to study the NADH and antineoplastic drug fluorouracil, etoposide, cisplatin, epirubicin, mitomycin C on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell activity of inhibitory rate. Results]NADH could significantly reduce the fluorouracil, etoposide, cisplatin, epirubicin, the inhibition rate of tumor cell (P < 0.05) and significantly improve. Chemosensitivity of human gastric cancer cells to mitomycin C (P < 0.01).

Conclusion]NADH may be an important regulator of tumor chemotherapyprocess.
