Application of TRIS-HCl|CAS:1185-53-1| in Seawater Desalination
TRIS-HCl (CAS: 1185-53-1) is an organic compound with molecular formula of C4H11NO3 and molecular weight of 157.6. TRIS-HCl is an important biological buffer and can also be used as an organic synthesis intermediate. In addition, it can also be used for the growth of protein crystals under different pH conditions and the formation of intermediate fibers of nematode lamin. In addition, TRIS-HCl is also an intermediate for the preparation of surfactants, vulcanization accelerators and some drugs. The CN111346576A patent discloses a preparation method of graphene based hydrogel with three-dimensional network structure and its application of photothermal desalting treatment, which mainly solves the problem of low efficiency of photothermal distillation of existing photothermal conversion materials. The specific scheme is as follows:
1.Take the graphene oxide solution with a concentration of 10mg/mL and ultrasonic disperse it in deionized water for 15min, and prepare a uniform graphene oxide solution with a mass fraction of 1.5mg/mL;
2.Add 0.0788g TRIS-HCl to the above solution, stir it for dissolution, and keep the solution weakly acidic;
3.Add dopamine hydrochloride into the above mixed solution, stir well, and control the mass fraction of dopamine hydrochloride in the solution to 0.5mg/mL;
4.Put the gel solution in a 95 ℃ water bath to react for 9h;
5.Take out graphene based hydrogel, wash it with deionized water for at least three times, and then soak it in deionized water for standby.
The graphene based hydrogel prepared by the one-step method of the invention has the characteristics of simple preparation method, wide source of raw materials, low cost, low energy consumption, etc., and can be widely used in the field of seawater desalination, high salt concentrated water desalination and advanced treatment.
