Application of TES |CAS:7365-44-8|in Conductive Materials
2-[[tri (hydroxymethyl) methyl] amino] ethanesulfonic acid, abbreviated as TES, CAS is 7365-44-8. TES is an organic compound with molecular formula C6H15NO6S and molecular weight 229.25. TES(CAS:7365-44-8)is a biological buffer, widely used in laboratory research and chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis. In addition, TES can also be used in conductive materials. The CN104725856B patent has developed a conductive composition and a conductive body and solid electrolytic capacitor using the above conductive composition. This week, YACOO editors will briefly introduce this conductive composition.
The conductive composition comprises a conductive polymer (A) and a compound (D), wherein the conductive polymer (A) has sulfonic and/or carboxylic groups, and the compound (D) contains basic groups and more than 2 hydroxyl groups in the same molecule, and has a melting point of over 30 degrees.
Compound (D) can be 2-amino-1,3-propanediol, tri(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 2-amino-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) glycine, 3-[N-tri (hydroxymethyl) methylamino]-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid, BES(CAS:7365-44-8), 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-L-alanine, N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl)-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, and N-tri (hydroxymethyl) methyl-3-aminopropanesulfonic acid.
From the perspective of electrical conductivity and heat resistance, it is more preferred to use 2-amino-1,3-propanediol, Tris, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 2-amino-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol, 3-[N-tris (hydroxymethyl) methylamino]- 2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid, and BES(CAS:7365-44-8).
By adding specific compounds to conductive polymers with sulfonic and/or carboxylic groups, the conductivity and heat resistance of the resulting composition are greatly improved.
