Product Introduction
HEPES Na is a biological buffering reagent with an effective pH range of 6.0-8.5, which can be used as a buffering component in applications such as biopharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and flame retardant materials.
Application of HEPES-Na
The viscosity of polyamic acid will change during storage due to the complex chemical reactions that occur in solvents, including hydrolysis, cross-linking, and isomerization. When the temperature is too high or the storage time is too long, the molecular weight and viscosity of the polyamide acid will change due to the continued reaction, leading to deterioration of the polyamide acid. Therefore, CN118006125A patent has developed a polyamide acid composition and modified polyamide acid.
The polyamide acid composition includes polyamide acid solution, additive, and solvent. Additives include at least one of pH regulators and stabilizers.
The pH buffer comprises a first component and a second component, wherein the first component comprises at least one of trihydroxymethylaminomethane, 3-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 2- (N-morpholine) ethanesulfonic acid, 4-hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid, N-tris (hydroxymethyl) methylglycine, phosphoric acid, citric acid, acetic acid, barbituric acid, and oxalic acid.
The second component includes at least one of sodium 3-methylpropanesulfonate, trihydroxymethylaminomethane hydrochloride, sodium citrate, sodium 2-(N-morpholine) ethanesulfonate, sodium 4-hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonate, sodium N-tris (hydroxymethyl) methylglycinate, potassium phosphate, sodium acetate, sodium barbiturate, and sodium oxalate.
The modified polyamide acid of the present patent invention has good film-forming properties and is not easily changed in viscosity during storage, which can effectively prevent the polyamide acid from deteriorating and prolong the storage time.
